Velocity Motorcars Nashville (“Velocity,” “we,” “us”) operates velocitymc.app and provides vehicle sales, consignment, and auto spa detailing services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact details you submit through our lead forms — name, phone number, email address, and vehicle information.
• Vehicle and service details you share to receive an appraisal or detailing quote.

Velocity Motorcars collects SMS consent in two ways, both requiring an explicit, affirmative action by the recipient:

• Staff members are added to the internal lead-notification list only after a Velocity Motorcars administrator enters their name and mobile number into our internal staff notifications tool at velocitymc.app/admin/notifications and toggles their account to “active.” Staff acknowledge, in writing before being added, the following disclosure: “By opting in you agree to receive SMS lead notifications from Velocity Motorcars. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.”
• Customers opt in by submitting the lead form on velocitymc.app (sell-your-car or auto-spa request forms). Directly above the submit button, the form displays: “By submitting this form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Velocity Motorcars about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.” Providing a mobile number and submitting the form constitutes affirmative consent. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile numbers and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Velocity Motorcars may send SMS text messages to internal staff and to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive communications from us. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies by conversation and is typically transactional (lead notifications to staff, appointment confirmations, and service follow-ups). Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support the messaging platform (for example, our SMS provider) is permitted solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
