Offers displayed or communicated through this site are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. A final offer is contingent on physical inspection, verification of title, payoff, and vehicle condition. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding purchase agreement.

Two clearly-labeled opt-in paths are offered on velocitymc.app:

• Staff opt-in: a Velocity administrator adds a staff member to the internal lead-notification list at velocitymc.app/admin/notifications only after the staff member acknowledges the following disclosure in writing: “By opting in you agree to receive SMS lead notifications from Velocity Motorcars. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe.”
• Customer opt-in: customers submit the lead form on velocitymc.app. Immediately above the submit button the form displays: “By submitting this form, you agree to receive SMS messages from Velocity Motorcars about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.” Providing a mobile number and submitting the form is affirmative consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile numbers and consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Velocity Motorcars sends SMS text messages to internal staff and to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive communications from us. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

• Program description: lead notifications to authorized staff, appointment confirmations, service updates, and related transactional messaging.
• Message frequency: varies by conversation; typically only in response to a lead or scheduled service.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers: we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others are supported.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or interfere with its operation. All content, marks, and photography are the property of Velocity Motorcars Nashville unless otherwise noted.

Velocity Motorcars Nashville is a licensed Tennessee motor vehicle dealer. All vehicle transactions are subject to applicable Tennessee dealer regulations.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our messaging programs.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
